Behind The Technology (continued)

In industrial applications, computerized thermal imaging can be used to identify structural defects that are difficult if not impossible to find with other technologies.  For example, flaws in composite materials will dissipate heat at a different rate than properly cured material.  Computerized thermal imaging can detect these flaws.

System Integration Technologies

To maximize the effectiveness of computerized thermal imaging, CTI integrates specialized hardware and operational protocols into its systems. Our expertise in integrating environmental chambers, thermal challenge technology, and specialized electronics to create a complete system is critical to our goal of providing complete solutions for our customers.

Software

CTI's thermal imaging cameras are designed to integrate with Windows-based workstations. The software captures, stores, reconstructs, and displays images.  In addition, specialized algorithms are used to mathematically analyze images.
